Furnace Gears Up as 6900 Tickets Sold in Two Days; Box Office to Remain Open from 8 AM
Jamshedpur, February 12: The Furnace is already beginning to roar. Jamshedpur FC recorded an impressive surge in demand as 6900 tickets were sold on the second day of sales going live for the Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-26 season. With excitement building ahead of the season opener fans thronged both the digital platform and the Box Office, which opened today, further boosting ticket sales momentum.
Jamshedpur FC will kick off their ISL 2025-26 campaign against Mohammedan SC on February 15 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex. The highly anticipated clash marks the return of ISL action to the Furnace, with kick-off scheduled for 5 PM. With just days to go, the rapid pace of sales reflects the city’s growing anticipation to rally behind the Men of Steel.
Due to the overwhelming response and continuous footfall from 11 AM to 8 PM, the club has decided that the Box Office will remain open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM until matchday to assist supporters.
While the Box Office will remain operational during the above hours to assist fans with queries and guidance, tickets will be issued strictly in digital format through the District by Zomato app.
Fans can book their seats by downloading the District app by Zomato, visiting the Events section and searching for the respective match. After selecting the fixture, supporters can tap on “Book Now”, choose their preferred stand from the venue layout, filter options based on price or hospitality, select seats and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, the ticket is securely stored in the Profile section of the app. A QR code, which unlocks on matchday, enables direct entry into the stadium without the need for physical ticket collection. Tickets can also be transferred to another contact via the app, with confirmations shared through email, WhatsApp and SMS.
Ticket prices have been structured to keep football accessible to all sections of fans:
* Rs 50 – North & South Stands
* Rs 150 – East Upper & West Upper
* Rs 250 – East & West Lower
* Rs 499 – VIP
* Rs 3000 – Hospitality
Jamshedpur FC has consistently ranked among the top clubs in ISL attendance, recording the third-highest average attendance in league history at around 20,000 fans per match since its debut in 2017. With renewed energy under Head Coach Owen Coyle and a refreshed squad ready to embrace the challenge, the club is calling on the Red Miners to once again pack the stands and turn the Furnace into an intimidating fortress on February 15.
