Inter Kashi and Jamshedpur FC Gear Up for Crucial U18 Elite League Battle at BLW College

Jamshedpur, December 12: Jamshedpur FC U18 face a tough away test as they take on Inter Kashi at BLW College, Varanasi, on December 13 in the AIFF Elite League. Both sides remain unbeaten, setting up a competitive clash as the early race for group momentum intensifies.

Jamshedpur opened their campaign in style with a commanding 5-0 win over SAIL Football Academy Bokaro. A sensational four-goal effort from Mars Ningthoujam and a neat finish from Gopal Munda highlighted their attacking sharpness after a measured start. The young Red Miners grew into the match, controlling possession and carving open the Bokaro defence with disciplined patterns of play.

Head coach Kaizad Ambapardiwalla praised the performance but reminded his boys that an away fixture demands greater focus. "The first win gave the boys confidence, but Varanasi will test us differently," Kaizad said. "Inter Kashi are a strong side. They scored five in their opener and then played out a competitive 2-2 draw against RKM Football Academy. They have goals in them. We need to stay compact, be patient, and take our opportunities. The hunger in this group is real, and that gives us belief."

Inter Kashi began their season with a convincing 5-0 victory but were made to work hard in their second match, sharing points in a 2-2 draw against a disciplined RKM Football Academy side. Their attacking intent remains a key threat, and playing at home gives them an added advantage.

Kick-off is at 2 PM on Saturday.
