Jamshedpur FC Extends Germanpreet Singh’s Contract
Jamshedpur, September 27: Jamshedpur FC has extended the contract of midfielder Germanpreet Singh, who will continue his journey with the Men of Steel for the season 2025-26.
The composed central midfielder, with vast ISL experience, first joined Jamshedpur ahead of the Durand Cup and was part of the squad that reached the quarterfinals. Germanpreet was also with the team during the 2023-24 season but was sidelined by injury. Having now completed his rehabilitation, he returns fully fit and ready for competitive action.
Speaking about his renewal, Germanpreet said, “It’s an incredible feeling to continue my journey with Jamshedpur FC. There was absolutely no hesitation in my decision to sign a new deal, as I believe the legacy here and the strong focus on youth development makes it the perfect place for me to grow as a player. My goal this season is to make a significant impact and help the club lift the trophy.”
Germanpreet’s presence adds valuable depth and stability to the midfield as the Men of Steel gear up for the upcoming Super Cup. Jamshedpur FC will play all their Group B matches in Goa, starting against FC Goa on October 26, followed by fixtures against NorthEast United FC on October 29 and Inter Kashi on November 1.
Preparations for the tournament are already underway in Jamshedpur under the guidance of head coach Steven Dias, as the team works towards a strong campaign in Goa.
