Jamshedpur FC Reserves thrash SERSA 9-1 in JSA League Premier Division at JRD Tata Sports Complex

Jamshedpur FC’s Reserve Team managed to win their first match of the JSA League as they destroyed SERSA 9-1 in a lopsided encounter at JRD Tata Sports Complex in the Premier Division.

The damage was done primarily in the first half of the match as Jamshedpur raced to a 6-1 lead before half-time, and added to their total by scoring three more in the second period to seal the deal.

At the Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium in Telco, the scheduled A Division (Group A) match between Real India Foundation Sporting Club and Chotanagpur Football Club did not go ahead as the Chotanagpur FC team failed to turn up, resulting in a walkover to Real India Foundation and automatic three points.

In the Super Division, Sporting Club Jamshedpur played out an entertaining 2-2 draw against Thakkar Bapa Club at Gopal Maidan, while the other A Division (Group A) match between Adivasi Green Sporting Club and Vision Apex Football Club ended in a 2-1 victory for Adivasi Green Sporting Club.

At Tinplate Sports Complex, Vikas Samity hammered Barha Disom Football Team 4-1 in their A Division (Group B) encounter and built more momentum in the league table.
