The 4th Match in Group A, Vision Apex F.C vs Y.H.N.A.C, ended in a 2-2 draw and proceeded to penalties where both teams hit 8 penalties each and were at a tie and into sudden death. However, due to bad light the rest of the penalty shootout has been postponed to next best date, whichever will be comfortable for both teams.
