Narwa Pahar Sports Club pick up 2-1 win over Jamshedpur Boys Club in JSA League Premier Division match at JRD Tata Sports Complex
Jamshedpur Boys Club fell to a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Narwa Pahar Sports Club in the Premier Division of the JSA League after two first half goals did the damage at JRD Tata Sports Complex.
Raja Ram Mardi gave Narwa Pahar the perfect start, scoring in the second minute of the match, while Raisen Mardi made it 2-0 in the 24th minute. Despite a Jamshedpur Boys Club goal from Dukhu Soren in first half stoppage time however, the team could not mount a comeback.
At the Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium, Singhbhum Soccer Fans Club beat Vikas Kendra 2-0 in the Super Division, while Dalma Tiger Football Club were victorious in an entertaining 3-2 result against Shishu Dome Com Club at Gopal Maidan in the other Super Division match.
In the A Division (Group A), nothing could separate Yuvak Jagrit Association and Sarna.com FC as they played out a 0-0 draw at Armoury Ground while the most exciting match came from Tinplate Sports Complex where Real India Foundation Sporting Club beat Marshal Club 4-3 in the A Division (Group B).
