Delhi Dynamos vs Jamshedpur FC - Match Preview

After completing a statement 4 - 1 victory over FC Goa, Cesar Ferrando and troops move to Delhi to face the Dynamos at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. Spirits will be high in the away camp after registering such a thumping win over the league's early trendsetters.

But the same cannot be said for the hosts for tomorrow - Delhi Dynamos. The capital side are without a win so far in the season and have scored just three goals in six matches. On the other hand, a win for Jamshedpur FC after four straight draws have improved the mood in the camp and Cesar Ferrando will be looking for his side to gain a winning momentum.

Analyzing tomorrow's opponents, Cesar Ferrando spoke at length in his pre-match press conference. The boss said, "The position that they are in (without a win so far) make them a very dangerous team. They want to win at any cost. They have good players and a good coach. We want to win this game, but it will be a difficult match tomorrow."

Ferrando further added, "Delhi are a good team and at this moment they are very dangerous because they want that first victory. They have good players who play very well. When you watch this team, they want to build their attacks from the back and they play good football. I like them a lot with the way they play football."

Coming to the team news for tomorrow, Rene Mihelic is a doubt for Delhi Dynamos whereas for us, Yumnam Raju and Dhanachandra Singh are out with injuries. Cesar Ferrando has rotated his side with perfection so far, keeping the squad fresh for the games in what has been a hectic fortnight.

Talking about his rotation policy, Ferrando stated, "When you make lot of changes, it is done to maintain the level of the squad. We played four matches in a row and it is physically demanding for the players to start every game. We make changes because I want all my squad motivated and ready for the games. With this run of fixtures, I can’t put up the same line-up every week and I have to use the depth of my squad."

With this match being the final one of a busy fortnight before the squad takes a two-week break, Jamshedpur FC will be looking to go into the festive period with a win against the Dynamos. Last season, the team from Jharkand did a double over Delhi and the intentions from the Men of Steel will be similar this time as well. But it won't be an easy task against a dangerous team that is on the hunt to register it's first win in the competition.
