Jamshedpur, August 22: Jamshedpur FC’s head coach in interim Steven Dias took time out from his senior team duties to meet the club’s reserve side ahead of their JSA League fixture against Jamshedpur Boys’ Club.
Dias joined the young squad during their pre-match preparations, gathering them in a close huddle where he urged the players to play with freedom, passion, and discipline. In a symbolic gesture, he personally handed over the captain’s armband to midfielder Ronaldo Singh, who will lead the side in the league encounter.
Speaking to the players, Dias emphasized the importance of the reserves in shaping the club’s future. “Every time you step on the pitch, you represent JFC, our city, and our fans. Wear the badge with pride and believe in the journey,” he said, motivating the youngsters.
