On the importance of the next game against Bengaluru FC
All the games were important. The league table is tight right now. This week will be crucial for at least 5-6 teams in the league. Our main target is to make it to the play-offs, then we will see what happens in the future.
On the team’s targets for the season
Our main target this season is to be in the play-offs and from then we will see what will happen. We only think about the next game right now. Every game is important.
On his role in Jamshedpur FC’s resolute defensive displays this season.
In football, we are all men. The only thing that can make us better is the confidence. Since day one when I came here there was communication, we tried to be friends and create a good relationship between us. Most of the time we talk and communicate a lot. I can’t say if that is the point, but I think that’s why we defend well and then we get that confidence. It’s just a good relationship and hard work, nothing special.
On playing in Bhubaneswar for the first time
Yes, we seen the pitch and it looks amazing. We believe the pitch will be good and we hope that we play amazing on the matchday.
On if he what areas he thinks the team needs to improve.
I think we need to score more goals, that’s it. We defend well, we always get some chances. The only thing now is to score more. If we score more goals it will be easier to defend and handle the game from the back.
