Ahead of the first home match of the season to be hosted at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, Jamshedpur FC will like to reiterate a code of conduct that needs to be followed by every individual inside the premises of the stadium.
Below listed are a set of violations that may lead to ejection from the stadium and even prohibition from attending future events:
- Irresponsible drinking or behaviour
- Smoking
- Throwing objects of any kind
- Occupying any seat without the appropriate ticket
- Mistreatment of visiting team, fans or guests
- Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers or any stadium personnel
- Violation of stadium policies, local city of Jamshedpur ordinances, state or federal laws
- Any other actions that cause a disruption or hinders the enjoyment/safety of the event
- Hindrance caused by bringing any of prohibited items to the stadium
Along with the code of conduct that needs to be respected, the club has prohibited a set of items from bringing into the stadium in order to ensure safety and maintain sanctity:

- Selfie Stick
- Wooden Stick
- Plastic Sticks
- Sharp Objects (example: knife, syringe, scissors, etc.)
- Backpacks
- Bottles
- Umbrellas
- Cameras
- Weapons
- Food & Beverages
- Helmets
- Coins
- Laptops
- Helmets
- Tins or Cans
- Musical Instruments
- Water Balloons
- Eggs
- Flammable, toxic, illegal or hazardous substances
- Tobacco or tobacco products
- Metal Containers
- Firecrackers
- Fireworks

The club has also prepared nine entry gates for all the supporters, media personnel and VIP guests to enter at their perusal. Below mentioned are all the entry points for a convenient and a hassle-free entry for all into the stadium:
North Stand - Gate 9
South West Upper, North West Upper, Hospitality, South West Lower and North West Lower - Main Gate/VIP Entry, Gate 9, Gate 1
South Stand - Gate 3 and 4
East Lower and East Upper - Gate 5,6 and 7
Media Entry - Gate 8
