Jamshedpur FC defender Pratik Chaudhari spoke to club's media team ahead of the season opener in Kolkata vs East Bengal. Here are some excerpts from the conversation:

On the first challenge vs East Bengal...

Well very much it’s been more than 3-4 months that we have played our official last game, it was in Hero Super Cup. And now we had a good pre-season, a decent pre-season for last one and half month, so yes we are excited for the game tomorrow.

On playing under Scott Copper...

Well it’s great, he is been demanding, he is a demanding guy like he demands a lot from each and everyone of us in training which is really good because that’s get the best out of you and each and every player, so yes he is been a good challenge.

On the aims of the squad this season...

Well the aim of the squad, the team is pretty high, especially after the season we had last season so we are really looking forward to bounce back and really do well this season but we are gonna take game by game, match by match and will see where we are by the end of the season.
