Furnace Set to Roar as Jamshedpur FC Partners with Ticketing Platform District by Zomato for a Seamless All D

Jamshedpur, February 9:Jamshedpur FC Head Coach Owen Coyle officially launched the ticket sales for the upcoming Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-26 season, marking a historic step in Indian football as the club becomes the first in the league to move to a completely digital-only ticketing system.

The digital tickets of all the home matches will be available from 4 PM onwards on February 10th through the District by Zomato app.

First time in Indian football - An all digital experience

Fans can book their seats by first downloading the District app by Zomato, heading to the Events section and searching for the match they wish to attend. The event page provides all key details, including FAQs and terms and conditions, after which fans can tap on “Book Now” to begin the process. Supporters can view the full venue layout, use filters to select stands based on price, hospitality options, choose the number of seats and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, the ticket is stored securely in the Profile section of the app, with a QR code that unlocks on matchday for direct stadium entry. Tickets can also be transferred to another contact through the app, while confirmations and updates are shared with fans via email, WhatsApp and SMS, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free matchday experience.

Speaking about the ticket launch, Jamshedpur FC CEO Mukul Choudhari, said, “Our primary focus has always been our fans, and this digital-only ticketing system through the District by Zomato app ensures a smoother, faster and more secure entry experience. It removes the hassles of physical tickets and allows supporters to walk straight into the stadium with ease. With Jamshedpur FC expecting packed stands and a sell-out crowd backing their favourite team, this move will help create a seamless matchday experience and an even stronger atmosphere at the Furnace.”

All match tickets will now be available exclusively through the District by Zomato app, whereas in a bold and forward-looking initiative, the Men of Steel will have an all digital ticket experience.

The initiative reinforces the club’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and a fan-first matchday experience. The move is aimed at significantly reducing carbon footprint while also streamlining stadium entry for supporters.

For the first time in ISL history, fans can enter the stadium directly by scanning their digital QR code at their designated gate, eliminating the need for ticket collection counters. This seamless digital-only entry system is expected to reduce congestion, cut down waiting time, and remove pre-match stress, allowing fans to focus purely on the football and the atmosphere inside the iconic JRD Tata Sports Complex. With just a smartphone and a QR code, matchday entry becomes faster, and more efficient than ever before.

The 2025-26 ISL season will see Jamshedpur FC play nine home matches at the Furnace. The campaign begins at home on February 15 at 5 PM when Jamshedpur FC face Mohammedan SC, a fixture expected to set the tone for what promises to be a fiercely competitive season.

Ticket prices have been kept affordable to ensure football remains accessible to fans across all sections. Ticket prices remain constant start at

Rs 50 for the North and South Stands
Rs 150 for East Upper and West Upper
Rs 250 for East and West Lower
