In a significant step towards nurturing grassroots football and fostering the development of young talents, Jamshedpur FC concluded the 12-day AIFF C-License Coaching Diploma Course at the Tata Football Academy (TFA) in the presence of CEO, Mr. Mukul Choudhari.
This initiative aims to empower 24 grassroots coaches from Jamshedpur FC and Tata Steel Foundation with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively coach young players, both on and off the field. The participating coaches, who have already obtained their D-License certification in 2024 through Jamshedpur FC, underwent an intensive training program designed to enhance their coaching capabilities.
The C-License course is a testament to the club's commitment to growth and development, creating a pathway for coaches to refine their skills and contribute to the advancement of Jharkhand and Indian football.
