Jamshedpur FC Embarks on a Mission to Discover and Develop Young Football Talent at Carmel Junior College Gra

Jamshedpur FC's Carmel Junior College Grassroots Football School has kicked off its training program, ushering in a fresh batch of young talents eager to embark on their football journey. This initiative is designed to introduce the beautiful game to young minds in a fun and engaging way, with the ultimate goal of shaping future stars.

The program caters to five age groups - U5, U7, U9, U11, and U13 - with a gradual increase in training intensity. The curriculum progresses from fundamental skills to advanced tactical levels, ensuring a well-rounded development of each player. With over 50 students enrolled, the grassroots football school is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of Indian football stars.

The program's focus on age-specific training allows for a tailored approach, meeting the unique needs of each age group. As the players progress, they will have the opportunity to refine their skills and adapt to new tactical drills, enhancing their style of play and footballing prowess.

Notably, some of the young talents like Kapish Bhupati & Aditya Singh have already made a mark in the Jamshedpur Golden Baby League and Jamshedpur FC Blue Cubs League, demonstrating their potential as they went to represent Jamshedpur and JSW Youth Cup FC in the U13 I-League and also were runner-up in the Golden Baby League. As they continue to develop, they will have a clear pathway to the Jamshedpur FC Senior Team, inspiring them to strive for excellence.
