Jamshedpur, November 16: Jamshedpur FC conducted a comprehensive refresher course for its Grassroot coaches, aimed at enhancing their technical knowledge and coaching skills. A total of 19 coaches participated in the program, which included both on-field practical sessions and classroom-based theoretical discussions.

The sessions were led by Kundan Chandra, Head of Grassroots and Youth Development at Jamshedpur FC, who focused on modern coaching methodologies, player development techniques, and tactical understanding. The on-field segment allowed coaches to apply these strategies in grassroot development, and training while the theory sessions delved into topics such as player development, fitness training, and player psychology.
The workshop also covered the organising of Jamshedpur Super League, India’s longest run Blue Cub’s League.
