Mumbai, March 21: Jamshedpur FC Reserves have arrived in Mumbai ahead of their highly anticipated campaign in the Reliance Foundation Development League (RFDL) National Group Stage. The young squad will hold their first training session tomorrow to fine-tune preparations before taking on East Bengal FC in their opening match on March 23 at 8 AM at Reliance Corporate Park, Navi Mumbai.
Having qualified for the National Leg after an impressive Zonal Round, Jamshedpur FC Reserves will look to carry forward their momentum as they face some of the best developmental teams in the country. With a squad primarily composed of U-17 and U-18 players, the team will be aiming to showcase their potential on a bigger stage.
Speaking about the team’s arrival and upcoming fixtures, Head Coach Kaizad Ambapardiwalla said, "We are excited to be here in Mumbai for the next stage of the RFDL. The boys have worked hard to reach this level, and now it's about staying focused and performing at our best. Our immediate priority is to recover from travel, have a strong training session tomorrow, and be fully prepared for the opening match against East Bengal."
