Jamshedpur FC Reserves beat Tata Motors 3-2 with last-gasp goal in JSA League Premier Division

The Jamshedpur FC Reserve Team beat Tata Motors 3-2 in their JSA League Premier Division match with a 95th minute goal thanks to a strike from Moirangthem Marjit Singh at JRD Tata Sports Complex.

Bhaskar Chhetri scored the opening goal in the fifth minute for the young Men of Steel and Amzard Khan added to the scoreline with a tap-in in the 32nd minute, giving JFC a 2-0 halftime lead.

Tata Motors fought back in the second half and scored through Sadhu Marandi in the 68th minute after which Jamshedpur FC Reserves Head Coach Steven Dias was given a red card and sent to the stands.

Tata Motors scored the equaliser in the 94th minute thanks to another Sadhu Marandi goal, but JFC responded immediately as Moirangthem scored the winner just a minute later to get the victory for his team.

In A Division (Group A) action, Marshal Club beat Vision Apex FC 3-1 at Tinplate Sports Complex, while the other game in this division saw Chotanagpur FC thrash Sidhu Kanu Festival Association 4-0 at the Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium.

In A Division (Group B) action, United Football Academy picked up a comfortable 2-0 win over Yuvak Jagrit Association at Armoury Ground to seal another successful day of action in the JSA League.
