
In order to bolster their squad for the I-League Second Division, Jamshedpur FC Reserves have roped in seven new faces which include three players from Jharkhand. With the club's aim being to promote local talent in the youth teams, Jamshedpur FC have recruited three local players along with four other youngsters for a push in their league conquest.
The seven players that the club are ecstatic to announce in their Reserves squad are -
1. Sanjay Baskey - Goalkeeper (Jharkhand)
2. Ghanshyam Murmu - Defender (Jharkhand)
3. Jaipal Singh - Midfielder (Jharkhand)
4. Subhankar Sana - Winger (West Bengal)
5. Irfan Khan - Defender (Uttar Pradesh)
6. Sorabh Akhtar - Striker (Maharashtra)
7. Marchstarfield Marbaniang - Midfielder (Meghalaya)
The Reserves side have had to face two narrow defeats in their opening two matches in the competition but will be looking to bounce back against ATK on January 23. With new recruits in the squad, Jamshedpur FC Reserves will be eyeing to bring their campaign back on track, starting from tomorrow!
