Jamshedpur, November 28: Jamshedpur FC U15 (TFA) zonal trials have successfully concluded, witnessing an impressive turnout and 142 players from the 10-day long trial have been selected for the final trails to be held on November 29 and 30th.
Over the course of the trials, 570 candidates reported to showcase their skills, achieving a participation rate of 51% of accepted candidates. Of these, 142 young players were promoted to the final trial phase, who represent 14 different states, highlighting the nationwide appeal and diversity of TFA.
Of the 142 players selected for the final selection, West Bengal leads the chart with 48 players followed closely by Jharkhand with 40. Odisha contributed 10 players, while Kerala, Manipur, Maharashtra, and Delhi each had six to eight players make the cut. Uttar Pradesh added nine names to the list, with Haryana and Telangana contributing two each. States like Assam, Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand saw one player each promoted to the final selection.
