Jamshedpur, October 13: With nearly the entire squad now in camp, Jamshedpur FC’s preparations for the upcoming Super Cup are gathering full momentum under the guidance of Head Coach Steven Dias. The Men of Steel have been training intensely at the Flatelet, fine-tuning their rhythm and team cohesion ahead of their Group B fixtures in Goa later this month.
The arrivals of key players including Raphael Messi Bouli, Madih Talal, Manvir Singh and Mohammed Sanan have boosted the camp’s energy, as the team now edges closer to full strength. The sessions have focused on tactical sharpness, and building chemistry between the new signings and existing players.
Stephen Eze expressed confidence in the team’s progress and the positive atmosphere within the group. “The spirit in the camp is really good. Everyone is working hard and pushing each other to get better every day,” Eze said. “The new players have settled in quickly, and there’s a real sense of unity and purpose. We know what’s at stake, and we’re ready to give everything for the club in the Super Cup.”
Head Coach Steven Dias echoed similar sentiments, praising the squad’s commitment and hunger. “The players have responded very well in training. We are close to having the full squad together, and that helps us prepare in a more complete way,” Dias said. “Our focus now is on building strong connections on the field and how we move as a unit, how we press, how we transition. The Super Cup is a great opportunity for us to test ourselves against tough opponents, and I’m happy with the intensity and attitude the boys are showing.”
With their opening fixture against FC Goa on October 26, followed by matches against North East United FC on October 29 and Inter Kashi on November 1, Jamshedpur FC are determined to carry their pre-season momentum into the tournament.
