Plenty of things to look forward to when Hyderabad FC travel to our Furnace for the very first time in the ISL. In what promises to be an exhilarating 90 minutes, the teams will battle it out for the three points. With Phil Brown’s side losing out to an exuberant scoreline of 5-0 against ATK in their first-ever ISL appearance, Antonio Irondo’s side will certainly have their heads held high going into the fixture with a win in their previous (and opening) match.
- Sergio Castel

The 24-year-old brings in experience from Spain, Vietnam and Australia having played in leagues abroad. Our goalscorer from the last match only seems to be getting started in the ISL and certainly has a long way to go. After getting off the mark on the scoresheet against Odisha, Castel will be looking to adding a few more to his tally.
- Subrata Paul

The Kolkata-born goalkeeper is one of the most experienced goalkeepers in the ISL. With a competent defence helping him protect our goal, the veteran shot-stopper will come in handy in communicating and coordinating with the rest of the team. No other goalkeeper has made more saves than the 32-year-old in the history of the ISL. With a blend of experience and statistics backing Paul, the fan-favourite will certainly do everything in his capacity to keep the ball away from the net.
- Piti

The Spaniard’s assist account is up and running after his pin-point through ball found Sergio Castel in a comfortably open space to seal the deal against Odisha in our ISL opener. Piti did a great job at holding the midfield and passing the ball around, consequently keeping the opponent on their toes constantly. The midfielder will certainly be one to watch out for when we host Hyderabad FC at the Furnace as he is bound to give the visitors’ attackers a run for their money.
- Marcelo Pereira
The leading assist provider in the ISL and an exceptional finisher of the ball, Marcelinho will be eyeing Subrata Paul’s goal from the moment the match is up and running. The 2016 Golden Boot winner has 24 goals and 16 assists under his name in the ISL. The Brazilian forward will be on a hunt to open his kitty of goals when he visits the Furnace tomorrow night.
- Adil Khan
Having picked up form recently, Adil Khan has scored a couple of goals for the Indian National Team, his most recent one coming against Bangladesh when the neighboring country traveled the motherland for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and AFC Asian Cup 2023 joint-qualifier fixture. He has proven to be a crucial member of Igor Stimac’s Blue Tigers, and has also proven to be a lethal weapon for former ISL side, FC Pune City. The 31-year-old midfielder has scored six goals in the ISL so far, and will most definitely be looking to increase the number as the season unfolds.
