Jamshedpur, February 11: Jamshedpur FC have recorded an impressive response from fans ahead of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2025-26 season, with over 2,000 tickets sold within the first 24 hours of sales going live. With the first home match against Mohammedan SC scheduled for February 15 at the JRD Tata Sports Complex, several stands are already filling up fast as excitement builds across the city.
Earlier, Jamshedpur FC Head Coach Owen Coyle officially launched the ticket sales, marking a historic step in Indian football as the club became the first in the league to move to a completely digital-only ticketing system.
The digital tickets for all home matches are available exclusively through the District by Zomato app, offering supporters a seamless and secure booking experience. This landmark initiative makes Jamshedpur FC the first club in Indian football to deliver an entirely digital matchday experience.
Fans can book their seats by downloading the District app by Zomato, heading to the Events section and selecting their preferred fixture. The app allows supporters to view the full stadium layout, filter stands based on price and hospitality options, select seats and complete payment with ease. Once purchased, tickets are securely stored in the Profile section of the app, with a QR code that unlocks on matchday for direct stadium entry. Tickets can also be transferred digitally, while confirmations and updates are shared via email, WhatsApp and SMS to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Ticket prices have been kept affordable to ensure football remains accessible to fans across all sections of society. Prices start at:
Rs 50 – North and South Stands
Rs 150 – East Upper and West Upper
Rs 250 – East and West Lower
Rs 499 – VIP
Rs 3000 – Hospitality
Jamshedpur FC have consistently ranked among the top clubs in attendance, recording the third-highest average attendance in ISL history at around 20,000 fans per match since their debut in 2017. With Owen Coyle leading the Men of Steel with renewed ambition, the club will once again look to the Furnace faithful to create a formidable home atmosphere.
With February 15 fast approaching and stands filling rapidly, the Red Miners are expected to turn up in large numbers to back their team and set the tone for what promises to be an electrifying ISL campaign at the Furnace.
