Jamshedpur, July 17: Jamshedpur FC is proud to announce that Heeranganba Seram, a promising forward from the club’s U17 squad, has been called up to attend the U17 National Team Selection Camp.

The camp is being organized by the All India Football Federation (AIFF) in Goa and will run for five days, beginning on July 24, 2025. The selection camp is to select players to the national team for the upcoming SAFF U17 Championship and AFC U17 Asian Cup qualifiers.

Hailing from Manipur, Heeranganba has been an integral part of JFC’s youth setup for the past three years. His outstanding performance throughout the recently concluded AIFF U17 Elite League caught the attention of national selectors. Heeranganba was the the top scorer for Jamshedpur FC in the tournament, netting 13 goals in 13 appearances, and played a key role in Jamshedpur FC U17’s impressive campaign, where the team finished as runners up.

Heeranganba will travel to Goa on July 24 and will join other footballers from across the country as part of the National U17 selection process.
