Jamshedpur, December 18: After a successful eighth matchday last week, the Under-13 and Under-15 categories of the Jamshedpur Super League will continue from Friday at the Tinplate Sports Complex, maintaining the momentum of one of the country’s most vibrant grassroots football movements.
Matches in the Under-13 category will kick off from 2.30 pm onwards, followed by the Under-15 fixtures starting at 3.30 pm. This week will feature a total of 26 matches across the two categories, with 10 games scheduled in Under-13 and 16 in Under-15, ensuring another action-packed football evening for players, parents and spectators.
The Jamshedpur Super League, reimagined and expanded by Jamshedpur FC from the AIFF Blue Cubs League framework, continues to stand out for its scale, structure and inclusive philosophy. Spread over several months, the league has brought together grassroots teams, academies and community groups, offering young players consistent match exposure while also strengthening the city’s football culture.
Alongside the Under-13 and Under-15 fixtures on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will see matches from the remaining categories, further underlining the league’s festival-like nature and its emphasis on participation across age groups and communities.
