Jamshedpur, November 27: After a successful and action-filled opening day last week, the Jamshedpur Super League (JSL) is set to resume its U-13 and U-15 competitions this Friday at the Tinplate Sports Complex. The country’s biggest grassroots football festival continues to grow in scale and impact, and this week promises another packed schedule with 26 matches lined up - 10 in the U-13 category and 16 in the U-15 category.
The U-13 fixtures will begin at 2.30 PM, followed by the U-15 kick-offs from 3.30 PM onwards. With more than 2,000 players participating across the entire JSL, including children, mothers, fathers, coaches, veterans, and transgender participants, the league remains India’s most inclusive football platform. Introduced for the first time this year, the U-15 league has added a crucial developmental step to the pathway, offering older boys consistent competition across a six-month season.
Last week’s matches highlighted the depth of local talent, with strong performances seen across both age categories. As the league progresses, teams will continue to battle for early momentum in what is shaping up to be one of the most competitive editions so far
