Jamshedpur, November 30: The Jamshedpur FC U15 (TFA) trials concluded successfully today, with 142 talented young footballers from across India making it to the final selection stage. Commencing on November 19, the trials showcased exceptional skills and determination, setting the foundation for an exciting future in football.
The players underwent an extensive selection process that began with regional trials and culminated in the final round. A panel of seven experienced coaches meticulously evaluated the participants. The results of the final trials will be announced in the coming days, determining the players who will secure their place in the prestigious U15 team of Jamshedpur FC.
Over the course of the trials, 570 candidates reported for the selection, achieving a participation rate of 51% of the accepted applicants. Of these, 142 players were promoted to the final selection stage, representing 14 states and highlighting the diversity and nationwide appeal of TFA.
The trials saw a total of 1,095 shortlisted candidates from 26 states and union territories, reflecting the national reach and reputation of the Tata Football Academy as a hub for nurturing India’s footballing talent.
