Jamshedpur, June 24: Jamshedpur FC Youth continued their positive start to the A Division League with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Sidhu Kanhu Festival Association in a Group A clash at Armoury Ground on Tuesday.

The young Reds needed just a minute to find the breakthrough as Marshal Hembram struck almost immediately after kick-off, giving JFC Youth the perfect start. The early goal proved decisive as the academy side maintained their defensive discipline and controlled proceedings for large spells of the contest. Despite efforts from Sidhu Kanhu Festival Association to find an equaliser, JFC Youth held firm to secure all three points and strengthen their position in the group.
