Mini Maverick’s 4–0 rout and Tinplate Little Heros’ big win on Matchday 8 of JSL

Jamshedpur, December 14: Matchday 8 of the Jamshedpur Super League was held successfully as the Under-9 and Veterans categories delivered another day of lively football.

In the Under-9 section, Mini Maverick produced one of the standout performances of the day with a commanding 4–0 win over Turf Blue Tigers, showcasing sharp attacking play and composure in front of goal. Tinplate Little Heros were equally impressive, registering a convincing 4–0 victory against JRD Juniors. JMA Little Champs also enjoyed a comfortable outing, defeating Turf Red Warriors 3–0, while Biswas Manimela FC secured a solid 3–0 win over Red Bulls. Tinplate Super Seven edged past LPS Loyola 2–1 in a closely fought encounter, Turf Green Warrior picked up a narrow 2–1 win against Melwood FC, and the only draw of the category came in the clash between Singh Is Kingh and Greek Warriors Loyola, which ended goalless.

The Veterans category continued to underline the competitive depth of the league, with several teams recording emphatic wins. Park India maintained their strong run with a 3–0 victory over Mukhi FC, while Kishore Sangh Kadma also posted a similar 3–0 scoreline against Police Line. Unstoppable FC lived up to their name with a dominant 3–0 win over 7 Star Gadra, and Adivio FC cruised past Ronaldinho FC by the same margin. Appollo Sporting Kadma (A) registered a convincing 3–0 win over Evening Stars, while Tinplate Heroes and Bir Birsa both secured 2–0 victories against Loyola Rainbows and Loyola Blue respectively. No draws were recorded in the Veterans matches.

The Jamshedpur Super League continues to stand out as one of the most vibrant grassroots football movements in the country, bringing together children, veterans and community teams under a single competitive structure.
