Stay fit, stay in shape at home ft. Kundan Chandra

Year 2020 has been a roller coaster ride physically and emotionally for everyone.

We know, we understand you and we are here with you. The pandemic has thrown the order of the world into chaos and while we are all trying to come to grips with the new normal, it is undoubtedly taking a physical and mental toll on all of us. That’s why more than anything else, keeping our bodies and our minds in shape is the order of the day. And that’s how Kundan Chandra, Head - Grassroots is here to play a vital role in our lives during such tough times, to help us shake off the rust, put on our armours and start working towards a more positive and healthy future.

 

We don’t need a gym, or workout gears to start working on ourselves again. We just need some motivation and energy to power through and Kundan Chandra will teach us how to work on ourselves within the four walls of our home.
