
A first half brace from Aashaman Hembrom proved to be enough to hand Tata Motors another comfortable victory in the JSA League Premier Division as they beat Babu Lal Soren Football Academy at JRD Tata Sports Complex.
The goals were scored in the 16th and 24th minute of the match, and capped off a dominant first half display by Tata Motors, who controlled the second half and ended up with all three points.
In the A Division (Group A) clash between Classic Eight and Real India Foundation Sporting Club, it was Classic Eight who triumphed by a 4-1 margin at Tinplate Sports Complex, while Group B of the A Division saw Jharkhand Bhayar narrowly beat Yuvak Jagrit Association 1-0 at Armoury Ground.
In the Super Division, Gopal Maidan was the venue where Jungle Tiger Football Academy fell to a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Sporting Club Jamshedpur thanks to a late strike from Mangal Singh Pareya in the 88th minute.
In the second A Division (Group B) clash of the day, New Boys Club got the better of Jamshedpur Football Academy 3-1 at Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium in Telco to round off an exciting day of action in the JSA League.
