Md. Rafique Ali Sardar has made it to the squad of Jamshedpur FC as one of the goalkeepers in the side and his story is quite inspiring. He hails from a poor background and for him, making it to the Indian Super League is indeed a huge thing.

The story started all the way back from the suburbs of Kolkata and now it has reached a point whether he will brush the shoulders with some big guns of Indian Football and some foreigners as well.

He was a part of the East Bengal and Mohun Bagan youth academies before he got selected at the Tata Football Academy. He was even called up for the U-19 National camp as he was impressive in the youth systems.

After joining the Tata Football Academy, he rose through the ranks in no time, making it to the senior team. He has been working hard and if he gets an opportunity, he is likely to leave a mark.
