TRAU FC holds Jamshedpur FC Reserves in a 1-1 draw

Jamshedpur FC Reserves played their second game of the 2nd Division I-League against TRAU FC at The Furnace on Tuesday. This was Jamshedpur FC Reserves’ first ever home game.

Having lost the first game against Mohammedan Sporting Club few days ago, Hilal Parray’s boys were looking to bounce back against TRAU FC.

Drama unfolded as the visiting team’s goalkeeper was given the marching orders by the referee in the 3rd minute of the game. Gourav Mukhi stepped up to take the penalty from the spot but their keeper pulled off a brilliant save to deny a lead to the Reserves.

Mukhi made up for his miss as he put his team forward in the 11th minute of the game. TRAU FC drew level at the 41st minute and the score remained same until the end of the game.

Jamshedpur FC Reserves will face Chennaiyin FC Reserves on 23rd March.
